1. Who we are

IPTVVNorth operates iptvvnorth.ca and the IPTVVNorth service. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our privacy contact can be reached at support@iptvvnorth.ca.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name (optional), email address and/or phone number used on WhatsApp.
• Order details — plan, number of screens, dates, amount paid and payment status (we never receive your full card number).
• Service data — your login, device type, player app, IP address and connection logs needed to deliver streams, prevent abuse and troubleshoot.
• Messages you send to support, so we can help you and keep a record of what was agreed.

3. Why we use it

We only send marketing messages if you ask for them, and every message includes an easy way to stop.

• to activate, deliver and support your subscription;
• to send your login, reminders before your plan ends and important service notices;
• to prevent fraud, account sharing and attacks on our systems;
• to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Consent and Canadian law

We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec residents, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25). By using the service you consent to the uses described here; you can withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service, under confidentiality obligations:

• payment processors, to take your payment securely;
• messaging providers (such as WhatsApp or email), to talk with you;
• hosting and streaming infrastructure providers, to deliver the service.

6. Where it is stored and for how long

Some providers may store information outside your province or outside Canada, where it may be accessed under local laws. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — generally for the life of your subscription plus the period required for tax and accounting records — then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by writing to support@iptvvnorth.ca. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.

8. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies by default. It stores small preferences in your browser — for example that you closed the offer pop-up — which never leave your device. If analytics are added in the future, this section will be updated first.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and the security features of our providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your login private and tell us about anything suspicious.

10. Children

The service is intended for adults who order on behalf of their household. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced to active customers.
