1. Our approach
We take copyright notices seriously, review every notice we receive, and act on valid ones promptly. We also expect customers to use the service only for private viewing, in line with our Terms of service.
2. How to send a notice
Send your notice to support@iptvvnorth.ca with the subject “Copyright notice”, including:
- your name, address and contact details (or those of the rights holder you represent);
- a description of the work you believe is infringed and the rights you hold;
- enough information for us to locate the material (channel name, title, time or page address);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, with your physical or electronic signature.
3. What happens next
We confirm receipt, review the notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material identified. Under Canada's notice-and-notice regime (Copyright Act, sections 41.25 to 41.27), we also forward compliant notices to the customer concerned where applicable and keep the related records as required.
4. Repeat infringement
Logins used repeatedly in breach of our terms or of others' rights may be suspended or terminated.
5. Counter-notices
If material you shared was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice explaining why, with your contact details. We will review it and respond.
6. Website content
All text, design, artwork and code on iptvvnorth.ca belong to IPTVVNorth or are used with permission. Product names and trademarks mentioned (such as device names) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
