Everything people ask us before and after they subscribe — access, devices, billing and support. Can't find yours? We reply in minutes.
IPTV means television delivered over your internet connection instead of a cable, antenna or satellite dish. Nothing gets installed on your roof and no technician comes to your home. You receive a set of login details, enter them in a player app on a device you already own, and your channels and on-demand library appear — the same way your favourite streaming apps already work.
Usually within 10 minutes of your payment clearing. We send your login details by WhatsApp or email, along with the setup guide for your device.
No. A smart TV, a Fire TV Stick, an Android box, an Apple device, a computer or a phone is enough — plus a stable internet connection. If your TV is older, an inexpensive streaming stick turns it into an IPTV-ready screen.
Yes. Ask for the free 24-hour trial on WhatsApp and test it on your own connection and screen. The trial includes the same lineup as the paid plans, so you know exactly what you're getting.
We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K, per screen watching at the same time. A wired (Ethernet) connection or a good 5 GHz Wi-Fi signal makes a noticeable difference on big screens.
Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows PCs and Macs, Roku (via a compatible player or casting) and MAG / Formuler boxes. Each one has a step-by-step guide on our Setup guides page.
As many as you like. Your plan limits how many screens can watch at the same time (1, 2 or 3+), not how many devices have the app installed. Install it on the living-room TV, the bedroom stick and your phone, and watch on whichever you want.
We recommend OSM PLAYER (osmplayer.com). It runs on Android TV, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android phones, iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows, shows live TV with a full guide, catch-up, films and series — and you add your playlist from your phone by scanning a QR code, instead of typing with the remote. It's free for 7 days, then activated per device on osmplayer.com. Samsung and LG TV versions are coming soon; until then, a Fire TV Stick or Android TV box does the job.
Yes. Your login works wherever you have a good internet connection, on any of your devices. Just remember that your plan's screen limit still applies.
No. Every plan is a single payment for the length you choose. Nothing is stored against your card and nothing renews by itself. Near the end of your plan we send a friendly reminder, and you decide whether to renew.
If your service has not been activated yet, you get a full refund — no questions asked. Once your login is active, we first work with you to fix any issue (most are solved in minutes). The complete conditions are on our Refund policy page.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Prices are in Canadian dollars. If you'd rather pay another way, message us and we'll see what we can do.
No. The price you see is the price you pay for the length and number of screens you pick. No box rental, no installation fee, no premium tiers and no add-ons.
Yes. Message us at any time and we'll upgrade your current plan — you only pay the difference for the time remaining.
Send us a message on WhatsApp with your username, or order the same plan again from the Pricing page and mention your username. The new period is added to your existing access, so you never lose a day.
Buffering is usually caused by a weak Wi-Fi signal, a busy home network or an overloaded server. On our side, viewers are load-balanced across servers and 3 backup servers stand ready to take over. On your side, a wired connection, a restart of your router and the right player settings fix most cases — our blog has a full checklist, and support will walk you through it.
Many channels and titles are available in 4K or Full HD, and the rest in HD or SD depending on the source. In the app, quality versions are usually labelled (FHD, 4K, UHD) so you can pick the best one for your screen and connection.
Many channels offer up to 7 days of catch-up, so you can rewind and watch a show you missed. The electronic programme guide (EPG) shows what's on now and next, up to a week ahead, in compatible player apps.
Yes. Adult categories are off by default and can be protected with a PIN in most player apps, so you can let the kids browse with peace of mind.
They're two ways of giving your player the same subscription. An M3U link is a single web address that contains your channel list; Xtream Codes is a server address plus a username and password. Most modern players accept both — our guides tell you which one to use for each app.
On WhatsApp or by email, 24/7, every day of the year. Replies usually arrive in under 10 minutes, in English or French. Send a photo of your screen if something looks wrong — it helps us fix it faster.
Oui! Our team answers in English and French, and the whole website is available in both languages.
Your plan includes a set number of screens that can watch at the same time. Using more screens than your plan allows can cause interruptions, so if your household needs more, simply choose the 2- or 3+-screen option.
The service simply stops — nothing is charged. Renew whenever you like and keep the same login, so there's nothing to set up again.
Yes. Resellers buy credits (1 credit = 1 month of service for one customer) and manage their own customers from a reseller panel. See the Reseller program page for credit packs and pricing.
